A normal level of physical fitness is recommended. This excursion includes, at certain stages, walking on high and unstable terrain, slippery rocks, muddy slopes, and small steeper ascents and descents.

If you feel uncomfortable at any point, be aware that there are different alternatives for each obstacle. Important: you don’t need to know how to swim, just feel comfortable in the water.

Who cannot participate?
